Finnlitho Ltd is a recently founded company providing nanolithography services. Our most mature products are diffractive X-ray optics, but we offer also other fabrication and consultation services.
Our typical customer hails from the X-ray community and has a need for highly specialized nanostructures, like custom diffractive X-ray optics. Besides the know-how of nanofabrication related to this type of structures, we also possess experience from both user- and instrumentation side of large scale facilities where the end products will be used. This allows us to understand the customer and the special demands that are imposed by the operation environment.
